Orica's are alternate art made by people. they are pieces of paper that are put over the actual card to make the card look awesome XD when made correctly, the card doesn't feel any thicker than a ultimate rare, therefore, they are allowed at locals.
I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT I DO NOT MAKE THE ARTWORK. I ONLY USE EdITING PROGRAms TO MAKE THEM INTO ORICAS. ALL ARTWORK IS CREDITEd TO THEIR RIGHTFUL CREATORS.
